Jamboree Jams is a jam & marmalade business founded in 2016 by Sara Levasseur in New Orleans, Louisiana. We preserve local seasonal fruit using traditional methods to create fruit-forward jars of jam that celebrate the bounty of the Gulf South. We work closely with a network of small-scale farmers in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama to preserve their fruit at the height of its seasonality for enjoyment throughout the year.
